As a management and HR specialist, researcher, and trained coach, I bring evidence-based insights into how people, teams, and organizations actually work. My approach goes beyond generic self-help advice, drawing on research in leadership, team dynamics, motivation, and organizational behavior.

WNDR is about curiosity, imagination, and exploration—

creating what we want to see and becoming who we want to be.

I’ve had the privilege of working with faculty, physicians, and leaders at organizations including Yale, the University of Michigan, Google, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, supporting them in navigating the visible and hidden pressures, and have seen the strategies that help them thrive over time.

Coaching is a space to turn those insights into practice. Together, we explore strategies, experiment with new ways of leading and working, and learn from what happens in your real environment. The goal is to discover what genuinely works for you—and build changes that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in your context.

As a first-generation scholar and immigrant raised by a mother with severe mental illness, I have gained profound insights into complexity, pressure, and ongoing growth.

These experiences shaped my empathy across a wide range of challenges, fueling my commitment to helping clients thrive at work and live fully. With years of research and coaching, my approach is collaborative, honest, and deeply respectful of each client's unique context.

In my personal life, I live with my husband and our two children. I love spending time with my family and friends, trying new cafes, and catching live performances. Running and yoga are also part of how I recharge.

What Others Say

The sessions with Dr. Wu were tremendously helpful in my own development as a faculty member and a leader. Time management strategies have been simple to implement, yet were transformative in my approach to each week.  I now feel a greater sense of control and accomplishment in my tasks and am better able to handle the inevitable curve balls that get thrown at me in an academic medical career.  We also discussed strategies around mentorship and team leadership, and her insights helped to unlock some “stuck” areas and realize ways that I could improve my own productivity and that of my team and mentees.

I highly recommend Dr. Wu !
