I love magic and puzzles, and I’m fascinated by how life’s pieces come together to create meaningful work and fuller lives. For over a decade, grounded in behavioral science and psychology, I’ve explored performance, creativity, and thriving under pressure as both a researcher and coach.
WNDR is about curiosity, imagination, and exploration—
creating what we want to see and becoming who we want to be.
I believe leadership isn’t a title; it’s influence in motion. We all lead something. How we show up shapes our work, our relationships, and the difference we make. And real change starts from within.
I’ve had the privilege of working with faculty, physicians, and leaders at organizations including Yale, the University of Michigan, Google, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, supporting them in navigating the visible and hidden pressures, and have seen the strategies that help them thrive over time.
You are the expert in your own life. My role is to create a structured, collaborative space where we connect the dots, uncover blind spots, and turn insight into action. We focus on practical shifts now and build ongoing practices that support your goals and visions.
You’re capable of far more than you imagined— for yourself, others, and the world. I look forward to partnering with you on what comes next.

As a first-generation scholar and immigrant raised by a mother with severe mental illness, I have gained profound insights into complexity, pressure, and ongoing growth.
These experiences shaped my empathy across a wide range of challenges, fueling my commitment to helping clients thrive at work and live fully. With years of research and coaching, my approach is collaborative, honest, and deeply respectful of each client's unique context.
In my personal life, I live with my husband and our two young children. I love spending time with my family and friends, trying new cafes, and catching live performances. Running and yoga are also part of how I recharge.
