Hi, I'm Claire Wu.
PCC, PHD
Founder of WNDR Coaching
Executive coach • Management professor
I partner with high-capacity professionals and leaders build sustainable impact—and a life aligned with what matters most.

I love puzzles and wonder-transformation happens when the pieces of life come together.

Stronger performance. Happier people. Greater impact on those around us.

Yet in today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to slip into constant doing, feeling less choice in how we work and live.

For over a decade, my research has centered on leadership, thriving, and paradox. WNDR draws on neurobehavioral science to help people move beyond “either/or” trade-offs toward “both/and” success—and live fully along the way.

Again and again, small shifts in awareness open new possibilities: clearer decisions, focused action, and growth that compounds over time.

Just as athletes train with coaches to build strength, awareness, and precision, meaningful work and a full life grow through intentional practice-a lifelong adventure. Real change starts from within.
In my work with faculty, physicians, and leaders at institutions and organizations across stages, including Yale, the University of Michigan, Google, Microsoft, Foxconn, and Morgan Stanley, I’ve witnessed both the visible and invisible pressures they carry and the strategies that help them thrive over time.

Together, we uncover blind spots, generate evidence-based strategies, experiment with new ways forward, and turn vision into reality.
You’re capable of far more than you imagined — in who you’re becoming and what you create for yourself, others, and the world.
